It's Monday, a new week to tackle, adventures to persue, memories to be made - or in my case, a new "To-Do" list to tackle! Yeehaw! I have a bunch of things kickin' around in my noggin' and I thought I would take a minute to lay them all out here. To share them with you. To purge my mind of them so I can go on about my list! Enjoy!
ACID CAN DO MESSED UP THINGS...
Thanks to my little sis for giving me the hot tip on this one...I'm still laughing!
Princess Superstar is one of my FAVORITES of all time. As a person, as an artist - I LOVE THIS GIRL! I've done several shows with her here in Seattle, and plan to do more in the future. We gotta get this girl back out here.
Some of you may remember her from these days:
Or from this (I Love This Video!)....
Why all this Princess Superstar talk? Well, because she is knee deep in a campaign to get her in the studio for her sixth album. Click here to be a part of making this happen! She has all kinds of deals on there, links to pics and articles and new music. CHECK HER OUT AND SUPPORT THIS CHICK! We need a new album, and a whole new reason for her to have to tour out this way!
THE ATOMIC BOMBSHELLS AT THE COLUMBIA CITY THEATER?!?!
I absolutely HAVE to get my arse there to see this...
The Atomic Bombshells return to the historic Columbia City Theater (4916 Rainier Ave S., Seattle) every Saturday this November @ 9pm (Nov 6, 13, 20, 27)! "The city's most dazzling Burlesque troupe" (Seattle Weekly), bring their internationally celebrated brand of fabulous and polished high-camp Burlesque to the oldest vaudeville theater in Washington. Hot off the heels of sold-out shows at the Triple Door and a summer run on the East Coast, the Bombshells return this fall to the newly renovated Columbia City Theater, offering up a chance to see Seattle's Burlesque all-stars in an intimate and gorgeous setting that has been named a "Best of Seattle" by Seattle Weekly! With a different exciting show each week, you'll want to catch these beauties more than once, as it's their last run of shows before 2011....perfect for group events and parties! Full bar in the theater and delicious food available from Tutta Bella next door!
The incomparable Jasper McCann emcees with style and good humor!
With "choreography that's pristine"(Shanghai Jazz Scene) and "a sheer joy to watch"(HotelsByCity), once again this fall "The Atomic Bombshells make stripping an ART!"(Seattle Gay News)

IT GETS BETTER PROJECT
If you haven't seen or heard the buzz about this yet, CLICK HERE. This is so timely with the recent string of Queer/Gay youth SUICIDES (and these are just the ones we hear about...there are likely more). Big ups to Dan and Terry on this - I love the video that they did, and there have been so many more submitted since (click here to go to the You Tube Channel). We can't JUST fight the ignorance. We have to reach out and share our experience so that others may learn. This does both of those things!
....AND DON'T FORGET!!!
